Rosedale can facilitate this process through its international network in the management of our customers and partners supply chain requirements by our project team ensuring the management of all technical and quality control issues.
Leveraging on our strong relationships with several original equipment manufacturers, stockists and supply houses, we are able to provide a comprehensive market platform for our clients to secure project materials/goods, equipment and services. Our commodity supply groups include Valves & Actuators, Fittings, Pumps, Pipes, Cranes, Electrical & Instrumentation, Fabricated Vessels, Skids, Drills, Mechanical Components, etc. We can essentially source any products desired by our clients.

Project Management
- Rosedale provides a full range of project management and project execution support services required for oil & gas, energy and construction industries.
- We provide our clients with professional services in developing contracting options and highlighting key contracting requirements for major capital projects. We are able to provide project management services to our clients in areas of staffing, handling of tendering process from ITT development through contract award and post award monitoring as well as perform project reviews to determine if project objectives are being met and proffer solutions as may be necessary.
- We are also focused project management support for Procurement, Fabrication and Upgrading of Pipelines, Jackets, Topsides and other production facilities.
Inspection Services
Vendor Surveillance, Inspection Services & Procurement Quality Coordination
At Rosedale, we also provide post contract award support services in the form of contract oversight, monitoring, coordination among others on behalf of our clients where and when they are unable to. Our vendor surveillance services could be in the form of full-time on-site presence or periodic visits to vendor facilities to ensure compliance with the terms of our client’s purchase orders or contracts as well as to ensure adherence to quality assurance and control requirements.
We are able to assign Inspectors to project locations, equipment manufacturing shops or material supply houses around the world through our alliance with Inspection Companies in the UK and Canada. Our direct purchase orders with manufacturers or sub-suppliers undergo strict inspection requirements in line with the inspection levels assigned to the purchased commodities by our clients.
